Nice place. Clean and close to facilities. Wifi was very poor - you will need to pay for your own hot-spot. Showers great with good temperature and pressure.

Location is great, not too far from the main street of Tumut, in a quite neighborhood. The home had all you needed, plenty of space and both fans and air con for the hot days/nights. Plenty of rooms and all necessary facilities for a great home stay.
