On a positive note, Host did respond promptly to text message when SMS sent. Just had to wait for access wifi/netflix till host arrived back to adjacent property.

The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, with shops conveniently nearby. The owner was very responsive and friendly, making the stay even better.
We initially booked just one night but ended up staying for nine, which says a lot! Despite the low reviews, we were pleasantly surprised, it felt like a home with all its facilities. I’ve spent much more on places that didn’t offer the same comfort, and even campgrounds can cost the same or more.

Great location - lots of restaurants and cafes ( including markets within walking distance. Comfy bed and great choices with mini bar. Cafe just down stairs - great coffee and breakfast. Love the stackable car park very convenient for city living. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the city. Ange and her team have created a lovely place to stay which is clean and fuss free. Easy check in with very clear instructions and lots to see and eat around you. Thank you for a lovely family stay.

While our stay began on a challenging note, it gradually turned into a genuinely enjoyable experience. One of the highlights was the incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. A particularly memorable moment was when a staff member who had served us at the bar earlier in our stay recognised us at breakfast and greeted us warmly each morning, a simple but thoughtful gesture that really made us feel valued as guests.
The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and it made such a difference coming back to a fresh, tidy space after long days out exploring the sights of Hobart. It was clear that attention to detail mattered to the housekeeping team, and that helped us feel relaxed and well looked after. The breakfast service noticeably improved as the week went on, with the atmosphere becoming much calmer and more pleasant compared to the initial chaos of the weekend.

Room was easy layout, had everything we needed to be comfortable for the night, and the bed was comfy!!
Reception was amazingly easy to deal with, nothing was an issue which I really appreciated after being in the cold and rain all day.
We will definitely be back next time we need a room
