AustraliaThe views out to the garden and rolling hills of nearby farms was a real treat. Just out of town made for a quiet stay but still close enough to grab supplies. Rachel and Andy are wonderful hosts, and I thoroughly enjoyed the chats with Rachel each day she delivered my breakfast to my room.

AustraliaWhat is not to like with this amazingly comfortable accommodation. Great showers, beds, amenities and the owners are friendly helpful and switch on the lights and heating when we are arriving late. Which we always appreciate. It has been such great accommodation that we have stayed there both for work and for short rest and recuperate long weekends.
It is close to Wynyard and you cannot go wrong with Kadi House.

We were having a Christmas get together with family so our circumstance were a lot different. Wynyard has magnificent scenery close by, great beach at Boat Harbour, friendly people, close to Burnie, not far to Stanley, great drive to Dip Falls. Lovely little town. Friendly locals. Great coffee. I enjoyed the Ford display at the Visitor Information Centre and have been recommending it to everyone. We will go back their again next time we travel to Tasmania. We had a very good dinner at the Pub across the road. Wynyard is located on the Inglis River and is a quiet little spot with plenty to do. Wynyard provides a great base for all sorts of day trips to Table Cape; Boat Harbour; Sisters Beach; Stanley; Burnie; the west coast and inland to various waterfalls i.e. Dip & Guide. Lots of opportunity to walk along the beach, fossil bluff exploration, cycling, fishing and many other activities and great food outlet choices. Locals are very friendly and helpful. A great little town to spend some leisure time in. Op shops, nice eating places., good variey of shops. Scenic drives close by. Scenic location. A lovely boardwalk and seaside walking track is great. A good variety of accomondation available. Ladybug Pizza and Waterfront hotel had good food. The Sunday markets are only on 1st and 3rd weekends so plan your trip around them. If visiting Table Cape, don't bother doing the walk between the light house and Lookout if you are expecting great views. There is vegetation along the walk.. much better just to drive to each location unless you are fit and don't mind walking. Enjoyed the old style village feel to the community. was a pleasure to walk the streets, and soak in the place Had fish and chips from the river front facility, about two mins walk from our accomodation. Excellent food. Had breakfast at the Bolt historic restaurant cafe. delightful and very interesting. Went to visitors centre, very entertaining and men enjoyed the old car exhibition. We loved the way the owners retained some elements of 60s/70s design, but updated it in the kitchen and bathroom. The owners have clearly put lots of thought into making this comfortable for visitors, including a night light in the hallway.
