Wyong has changed over the years and is definitely an up and coming area for tourism and residence. Great free and paid tourist sights in short (and longer) drive/uber. The Old Dairy Factory has a lot of variety, the Art House, areas for walking around town, great lively cafes and friendly down to earth people.

Wyong is short walk from a railway station, small township on the western side of the tuggerah Lakes and its beaches, local shopping centre and has local restaurants, the hotel is reasonably priced and the area is not as busy as the seaside precincts of the Entrance areas, if you want beaching stay then look at the Entrance areas.

Wyong is a country town with perimeters near the ocean.
Wyong is a country town with perimeters near the ocean. Typical of Australia in small towns most cafes and bars are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. If you want lunch start looking before 1pm any day.
Overseas visitors and interstate do your homework. Reviews come from locals. One or two new cafes in town.

Loved the staff, room was spacious, clean, plenty of coffee tea, parking wonderful and close. The steak was at the hotel was yummy. Coffee and breakfast place across the parking lot. Great to sit outside and enjoy a great breakfast. Had great night of sleep on a great bed.
Hotel staff were friendly and the check in and check out process was easy. Private bathroom was very nice and the rooms were nice and clean. Great if you’re not planning to spend much time in the rooms.
The room bed was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Shower was good, room big enough, the only hotel on our holiday that had Biscuits which hardly ever see now.
