The hotel is a Hilton, and it checks all the Hilton boxes. Room, bathroom and ventilation are very good. Key points were location - it is a very few steps from the OLV cathedral. Antwerpen was a large city in its 16th century prime - keeping that in mind almost everything is in walking distance and the transit system is simple. Second key point: the staff - who were beyond helpful. Cordial, gracious and good humored. Helped me navigate a railway strike among other things.

As the world’s largest diamond-cutting city, Antwerp (Anvers in French) is naturally affluent. It comes as no surprise then that fashion is also of utmost importance, so the shopping here is excellent. It may not be the cheapest place, but the quality certainly matches the price.
Another big business in Antwerp is the port, one of Europe’s largest. Take a cruise around to admire its scale. The Scheldt River leads from the port into the city, and on its banks are a handful of interesting museums and Het Steen, a medieval castle built to protect the city against Viking invasions.
A few streets back is the Grote Markt, a beautiful square flanked by the grand town hall and 16th-century guildhouses – a typically Belgian scene. Behind this is UNESCO World Heritage-listed Antwerp Cathedral, whose asymmetrical towers look down over Groenplaats, a tranquil square filled with pavement cafes. Belgian beer is legendary and the local brew is De Koninck, which packs quite a punch.
In the south of the city is the most unusual sight – Wilrijk’s huge Jain Temple, one of the largest outside India. A little further east is Antwerp Airport, efficiently connected by public transport to the Antwerp hotels, guesthouses and apartments that are available on Booking.com.
What a wonderful surprise! There is more to see in the city than I realized when I decided to visit. It is very easy to navigate through the city, and I love the value and convenience of the City Pass.

What a brilliant city!
What a brilliant city! Full of interest and surprises, whether you enjoy architecture, history or contemporary culture - there are so many opportunities. We visited MAS (the contemporary museum), attended two concerts - the Elizabeth Hall is the epitome of architecture and sound quality - and delighted in walking around the old city. The public transport works perfectly and the the trams are fun to ride - and a day ticket is great value - download the de Lign app. The cakes and frittes are the best I've ever tasted.

There are many excellent beer bars in Antwerp including De Ware Jacob and De Vagant. It is possible to enjoy art by visiting KMSKA, M HKA in the Zuid neighbourhood and Middleheim Museum for sculpture in a park setting outside the ring road but accessible by bus / tram.

A great city with a rich history, and some great food! The city has a lot of options, with a lot of modern chains in the city center, while having some cozy places in the old town.
Make sure to visit the giant cathedral, even if you're not religious. It's a marvellous piece of history, and an impressive building to see from the outside and the inside.

Its location fascinated me, as it was so close to the best supermarkets, restaurants, the University of Antwerp, Antwerp Central Train Station, Grand Place, Grote Market, and other places of importance. The room was good and the bathroom was lovely. The process from booking the room to payment/check-in was comfortable. Loved the kitchen and the arrangement to prepare and store food. Also, I loved the help of the hotel staff for an early check-in and a one hour late check out.
About 1 km from the railway station and a 10 minute walk to central Antwerp. A pleasant
tourist style hotel that does the basics very well. I was surprised at how large the room was
and we were very comfortable. Beds and pillows were great. We had some trouble getting
the aircon working correctly but front desk were very helpful and sorted it out instantly.
Can recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a pleasant stay and great value for money
The rooms at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town are very spacious and comfortable. Same we can say about the bathroom. The Conciergerie is a little under-staffed but always solicitous. The breakfast was super.
Maybe with time they will renew/update the premisses. I hope they do for it is a very good hotel.
Our entire experience at A-STAY was exceptional.
The staff were brilliant, the room and beds were very comfortable, and every possible need had been pre-empted by the hotel.
The location is perfect and so close to Antwerp Central train station.
Excellent value-for-money accommodation.
