The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool was a hit with our family. The family room was very spacious with room for everyone’s bags and a lovely space to chill out in as well. We enjoyed the short walk in to town and the fact that the bus back to the train station was a few steps away from the front door.

Large spacious room with good heating system when it was cold and also had a room safe.
Slightly away from the crowds in the centre,so it suited us, but close enough to be able to see the sights.
Good WiFi and plenty of choice for breakfast.
We were offered the environmentally friendly option of not having the room serviced every day which gave us a free drink each day - nice after a day out and about.
We had booked this at the last minute following a problem at another property (host broke shoulder) and it was Easter, so paid double what we had already booked, but it was still worth.
