The Van der Valk at Oostkamp is ideal for those travelling from Calais / Folkstone and onward to central Europe. For us, it's the perfect distance from Sheffield on our way to Germany. It has wonderful facilities, a great restaurant and bar. It is a short distance (less than 250m) from the E40 and there are petrol (gas) stations nearby to fill up. Balconies on the upper storeys and terraces on the lower floors, are for those who like to get outside their room for fresh air. The very minor drawback is the constant sussurance from the traffic on the E40. We've stayed multiple times and shall stay there again.Guest review byRalphUnited Kingdom

We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back in the summer months. We travelled into Bruges town every day, the NYE laser show was brilliant.
