The stay was made wonderful and comfortable by The Domain's staff, starting from Mr. Roshan during our checkin to Mr. Chris, Tasmeen and Mohammad Ali during oir checkout. Mr. Roshan was very welcoming with a warm smile during our checkin. He gave his time to explain abhout the room, its features, hotel services and wifi. All our questions were answered keenly. Smooth checkin process. Mr. Amjad escorted us to our room and explained how the facilities in the room worked. The room had a breathtaking view from the lounge area to the bedroom. The bathroom was spacious. Ample of storage with 2 cupboards. 5 bottles of water with 350 ml capacity complimentary for each day. Everything in the room was complimentary, including the cold drinks in the mini fridge. We had breakfast for 3 days of our vacation in the hotel. At the entrance of the restaurant, a beautiful girl would greet us every morning. She had imressively memorised our room number after the 1st day itself. The staff at the buffet is mindful of the guest's requirements. We were promptly approached for being served beverages of our choice. The panoramic view of the bay from our breakfast table was incredible. We literally loved spending our mornings there while we had our breakfast. The guys who were waiting our table gave us excellent service. The pool side was clean with towels, water bottle and fruit punch. Great view. Chris from the valet parking was very professional and polite. He built a rapport with us like no other person during our whole vacation. It was always interesting talking to him. Mr. Mohammad Ali helpes us with our luggage during our checkout.He is a true entertainer. Our special thanks goes to Mr. Roshan for upgrading our room, for the reason of 'no smoking room selection' and most importantly because of his generosity to give us the best view of the upper floors. Thank you for this gesture as it made our vacation special, and my visit to Bahrain comfortable and memorable.
