The location (paulista) was really great. Safe(r) neighbourhood. A lot of tourist attractions nearby.
The property is very clean. The staff were amazing - very friendly and extremely helpful. They all speak English.
I wish the hotel was ‘Muslim-need’ friendly. The facility did not have halal food options. It’s not just the hotel, halal food is hard to come by in this city. Majority do not speak English and have no concept of halal. That’s why, it’s help Muslim guests if the hotel staff were more aware and can guide with relevant info.
Restaurante Istambul … was really good and they also deliver. Adding this info for Muslim travellers in São Paulo.

The staff was very welcoming, showing themselves always available and ready to assist any customer.
The room was set as per usual, following the expected standards for a budget accommodation, however it would be a nice improvement/surprise, to find on guests' arrival, for example, 1 or 2 plastic cups of water, plus some lollies, somewhere in the room, as a 'Welcome Token' as appreciation for choosing your stablishment for the time being. Other suggestion, maybe even costless for such a huge company, could be simply spraying some fresh scent product around the room just to give your customers an impression of entering a fresh recently cleaned room that was just tailored to fit their needs.

Uber is super cheap from there and Metro lines are good and easy to connect to Japan town in the morning for lunch and came back easily from Av. paulista in the evening when dark and felt super safe. Area is SUPER clean didnt see a single thrash on the floor of the streets.
'
take a bit of care at japanese town. Super safe in Vila madalena and Pinheiros area and Av. Paulista around 6-7PM. AMAZING FOOD probablly the best food destiny Ive been in south america and top 10 world.
Sao Paulo is same price as Rio, Salvador but MUUUUCH safer and cleaner tha Rio ans Salvador.
Sao Paulo is more expensive than Curitiba, Ouro Preto, Ilhabela, Ilha do Mel and FLORIANOPOLIS and less safe than those too!!
Super modern vibe with absurd amount of italian speakers and descendents plus almost half size of japanese population, literally THOUSANDS of japanese restaurants and pp speaking japanese all aorund. Plus super numerous christian arab popoulations. Interesting city. The SOuthern New York!

The big metropolis but you normally only hear the unpleasant common places about it. Silly of you not to explore this vibrant city with high class museums and a food scene second to none.

Beautiful city with an amazing atmosphere.
Beautiful city with an amazing atmosphere.
Only issue I had was very people spoke English, which is ofcourse my fault for not learning their language. But it's something to bear in mind if you go there.
There are a lot of malls there and very typical of European malls. You'll find the usual brands there.

It isn't the most beautiful city.
It isn't the most beautiful city. I did 3 free walking tours to explore. I started to find out more interesting things towards the end of my stay which make me think I would have enjoyed spending a few more days there. I did a street food tour of Liberdades (an Airbnb experience) which was great - would highly recommend. I heard about a bike tour which sounded interesting. There's always a street party on Sundays until around 4pm on Avenida Paulista, I briefly saw this. I could have done a trip to Santos nearby which would have been interesting for a couple of days as a contrast to Sao Paolo. I also did an amazing Airbnb experience learning about Samba which included trying different instruments, the host can also take you out to Samba circles - I would have liked to experience more of this. So I started to find out more interesting things the 2nd half of my stay and would have liked to have explored a little more. I stayed in Jardems Paulista which is a very posh neighbourhood, felt very safe but if I returned I think I would have chosen Villa Madalena (the hipster neighbourhood) as somewhere a bit more chilled out and full of travellers. I loved the rooftop of the Contemporary Art museum in Iburapeura park so would highly recommend visiting both the park and the museum/rooftop. There's a great restaurant on the rooftop which does a very reasonable daily lunch deal.

We loved Sao Paulo.
We loved Sao Paulo. We felt safe there and were comfortable walking about. It is also easy to get an uber to travel at night, and it is cheap. There are a lot of good bars and places to eat in Sao paulo. People were very helpful, despite our lack of Portuguese. The north part of Sao Paulo was a bit sketchy... I would not have liked to be there at night, but Pinheiros, Vila Mariana, Vila Magdelena and many other areas felt very safe. You do have to be a bit streetwise in Sao paulo when walking around, but we had no problem avoiding trouble. Totally recommend visiting! We loved it and hope to come back.

In addition to the fact that we had a bank card stolen from a wallet we left in our room in our last night at this hotel, and wasted our last morning in São Paulo registering the crime with the local police, our four nights stay was full of small disappointments. This hotel definitely needs some updating and management changes. No one at the reception, or restaurant, could speak any English or was prepared to deal with the occurrence of a crime. Definitely not worth.
Overall, a great hotel with generously sized and well-equipped rooms. Super comfortable bed, nice vistas across Sao Paulo's skyline. Fully quipped kitchenette, toiletries and great wifi. There's a small rooftop pool, gym and sauna to decompress. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a mix of continental and local food. Staff was kind, helpful and pleasant to chat to. Would def. stay here again :-)
An exceptional stay in São Paulo! From the stunning city views to the luxurious amenities, this hotel surpassed all expectations. Impeccable service and a prime location made our visit truly memorable. Can't wait to return to this urban oasis!
Hotel is located quite conveniently near the very center of Sao Paulo.
Views from the upper floors are rather nice.
Included breakfast was okay.
