Benchmark for customer service. Set the tone from the first minute we got there and they were always positive, smiling and ready to help. They always treated every guest like they wanted you to be there, and we didn't realise how much of a difference they would make until we went to another place. Seriously, the service here was amazing, and it was by the whole team.
The washing service and room service was impeccable, nothing was ever too much trouble. It's a beautiful place to stay with fantastic and peaceful views all round. Walking around at night it was lit beautifully and you can see frogs come out. During the day we regularly saw birds and squirells playing around.
