The bathroom door would not shut properly. The bathroom has not spot to put soap/shampoo/conditioner. The toilet paper was the cheapest I have ever seen. The pool area was dirty, not the pools and the floors. The shower water was barely warm. Staff could not even be bothered to shovel the front stairs.
