We loved the ambiance of the hotel! So comfy, cozy & inviting! The staff were amazing. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, and breakfast in the morning was great!! I enjoyed an early morning work out in the well equipped gym! One of the best I have seen! We will definitely return to this hotel, on our next trip through Cornwall!

The staff were great and helpful. I had to extend my trip and because I had booked it through the website, I had to make a whole other booking rather than the staff be able to extend it which was unfortunate but it worked out. The staff were able to explain the process and made it REALLY easy to check in/out in the morning (had to leave at 6am due to emergency and the process was done within 10 minutes).

When we first saw the location, we were concerned about traffic noise, which turned out to be a non-issue! It’s a wonderful place, with high end amenities and it’s so comfortable. Would go back there again, anytime!
