The housekeeping staff were amazing and decorated our room for our anniversary ❤️. The only downside of our stay was that the bed didn't have a backboard, so we kept losing our pillows throughout the night.

There were children running through the halls at all hours of the night and day. The hotel was under construction outside so we could not even look out the window. The breakfast was terrible and very expensive. We chose a la carte as the 12$ (not included breakfast) had been ransacked by the 100+ kids and they were not going to replenish anything. The location of the hotel was great. Also be aware, you HAVE to pay for parking.

Stayed here for one night. (Early flight next day) Spent a long time looking for a hotel with a pool for the kids, that want horrendously overpriced. I cannot express enough my level of disgust when I saw a very, very prominent dirt ring around the pool. Medium to dark brown in some places. Disgusting. Told my kids too get out.
Also, breakfast at 6 but where cause nothing was out, you couldn't see a breakfast anywhere. We left and won't be back.
I also don't understand why hotels don't have fans in the bathroom anymore. I assume it's a money grab so that people book seperate rooms on business trips.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was going through major renovations everywhere which we were not aware of. I rated on staff and room, location, keeping in mind upkeep and upgrades need to be done. Being off season it would be the time to do it. It served purpose needing to be close to hospital for early morning appointment, so renovations were not an issue.
