Everything was good the only thing was someone who had stayed before us had stuck gum on the wall behind the door to go outside not blaming the cleaning staff just thought I’d mention it was not in a good place to have caught it. Who ever was there before us was trying to be ignorant. Otherwise pool was good breakfast was awesome .

    I was very impressed with the number of businesses that High Level offers the public. I had landed at the airport many times but that does not give one an idea of what the town is like. I have spent two nights in High Level and the town seems to have a very progressive feel to it.

    1. Breakfast could use some creativity. 2. Otherwise the hotel was ok. 3. Stuff members were helpful 4. The parking at the back allowed us the opportunity to safely park our bus and trailer. 5. The hotel's proximity to food places allowed the luxury to pick various places to get food.

    I've personally stayed at this hotel since 2006 when traveling through High Level, Alberta and will continue to book this hotel for brief travel. The hotel is located right next door to a Boston Pizza restaurant which is very convenient to tourists traveling through.

    Hotel was very good. We really liked our room with 2 bedroom's and kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great too. Another thing I really like is, I could wash and dry our wet clothes we used in the pool. Breakfast was fantastic.

    One of the reason why we booked in this hotel is because of pool, but then pool only open 4-10pm..we came late night at check out in the morning. Wasn't able to swim so it's kinda disappointing to us.

    Very clean, convenient, there was a full size kitchen included. This was not just a hotel room it would have been suitable for a long-term stay as well.
