I was expecting to receive the door lock code before by the check in time but it was not sent. After texting the provided number l was relieved to receive a response within about twenty minutes. But as this was my first time booking with “ booking.com” it did cause some anxiety for me and my guests. Nice location. Beautiful view. Quiet. Was as advertised.

It's new and comfortable. You can even cook meals in the room. It's all good, but the bed is too soft for me.

Very disappointing. We were there almost an hour before closing & many food items were gone. My husband & I shared an egg because there was only one left. Only fruit left was apples. Cereal was as basic as it could be.

Suite was very clean and it was great having a little kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove top. had a partial view of the lake; staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff made great recommendations for local restaurants in Summerland. I would stay again here although would be nice to go when warmer.
