Very clean rooms. Free guest laundry ( even had detergent and softener sheets ). TV, dishes, silverware, clean bed sheets, Fantastic view of North Rustico Harbor. No extra fee for my three well behaved dogs. Felix was great. Price through booking.com was very good.

We had a cute little cabin with everything in it I could ever imagine needing!! We were very pleased to find our own hot tub on the deck!! Close to a restaurant and a nice gift shop. Sunset was beautiful! View of the ocean too.

The property was clean and conveniently located. Dwight was an excellent host, answering questions and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was a perfect way to start the day and the coffee was always hot!

We cooked or grilled our own meals. Loved having a washer n dryer on site! We didn't have children along but liked the play area for them. We enjoyed playing horseshoes even though we weren't good at it.

    we were literally 5 minutes from town. has a view of the ocean and farmland.racehorses for neighbors! restaurants, grocery store gas all within 5 minutes drive. plus, deep sea fishing just down the road from all that! we toured almost the whole island in 5 days! everywhere you go is a view of something cool. we saw the northern lights and the perseids from our backyard! but the beaches are so dark at night, you get a better view. and they are easy to get to.Felix was a great host and I hope I get back there again!!!!!!

    Felix was so friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent and closet to many interesting spots including Anne of Green Gables. Cabin was very clean! The jacuzzi tub was nice but the jets didn't function. The nearby North Rustico beach was a favorite. Kids loved the pool. Friendly horses in the neighboring pasture that were a joy to the kids.

    Our host Andrea was so accommodating to all of our needs. She made a good breakfast for us each day. The atmosphere was so casual, relaxed and welcoming. The Rustico area is beautiful, full of history and charm. The walk nearby to see the osprey nest was a highlight.

    We were happy to have a full kitchen in our cabin and laundry machines right next door. It is a quiet location a short drive to waterfront and Rustico. It was nice to cook our own food and enjoy the view from the attached deck.
