How amazingly accommodating the staff was for me! With the restaurant taking my order at 8:55 pm when they close at 9:00 and it wasn’t a small order it was dinner desert drinks etc and then there was the pool. After eating as quickly as i could so i could make the pool only to see it had been closed for the evening but again the manager being the incredible host he is , made exception and allowed me to go for a quick dip . I would say this is the perfectly rounded hotel when it comes to the service . All the way from the front counter clerks to the restaurant staff , to the cleaning staff . Shows that HR is doing a great job finding the right fits for certain positions .

Excellent location! Very friendly staff who catered to our needs. We will be returning. We attended the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Our server Cas was great!

Exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, nice crisp clean sheets and soft fluffy white towels, fridge in room, extra glasses, shampoo etc. Owner Sandra is exceptionally friendly, warm and super helpful and accommodating. Though we booked after Oct 31 when continental breakfast is stopped, Sandra still provided a lovely breakfast for us of coffee, tea, variety of muffins and cakes - all in a nice sunny dining room with crisp white tablecloths with red table runners. Grounds well maintained and pretty including pool and gazebo and picnic tables. Super value, lovely stay!
