The pool was great, nice size, and nice Sauna. Has a nice large change room at pool with showers as well. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and it was nice to have a hot cooked breakfast which was included in our stay. Facilities are nice.

The waterslide was the best part of our stay - we all love it, even the adults! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. But we would like more vegetarian options, please!

To be honest, the hotel felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Their were people outside fighting in the middle of the night and the sound proof quality between rooms was poor also. I would not stay there again and I believe I have shared my opinions on this and further surveys are not helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had great shower.
We had a nice visit! Although the parking is a little weird at the hotel, but we were fine. Also since our visit was during Summer, the AC was not enough for the whole place. However, we were gone most of the day, so we survived! We will definitely come back at Sleeping giant BNB for accommodation. Kalabeka Falls and Fort William Historical Park are a few of our favorites! Also the Thunder Bay Lookout at Sleeping Giant Natl Park. :) Mount McKay is also a nice place yo visit! :)

Thunder Bay is close to Sleeping Giant Provincial Park—about an hour’s drive—which is a phenomenal place for hiking at all levels. It’s an easy trip back and forth, and the primary reason I visited Thunder Bay (there are no hotels near the park). I didn’t explore the city-proper very much. It’s easy to drive around. Also seems to have a robust bus system that no one uses! There’s a downtown area with many restaurants and bars, but it wasn’t very busy, even on a weekend night. Best place I ate was a Thai restaurant, Thai Kitchen (11 Cumberland Street), which was excellent.

There aren’t enough hotels and the ones they have that are good book up quickly. The ones left aren’t worth staying in, but it’s too late to get to another town once you realize it. Plan ahead and book early is my advice.

My reason for staying there was STRICTLY medical, not pleasure. I travelled over two thousand miles to get the medical help I needed, because of the FAILURE of the CORPORATE medical mafia (YES, the medical system is the upgraded mafia system) establishment wants to TREAT people but NEVER CURE people as there is no money in "curing" people. They are the LEGAL DRUG DEALERS WITH LICENSE, WITH HORRIFIC SIDE EFFECTS OF THEIR DRUGS. I KNOW, I AM ONE OF THE VICTIMS OF THEIR GREED. For the medical reason, hot tub was a crucial part of my trip and you ALSO failed to tell me that the hot tub was there for the show not for the go. For the proper health benefit, hot tub AND swimming pool go hand in hand! THIS IS FUNDAMENTAL HEALTH CARE!

We went for a family wedding, but should have went earlier to see the sights. We stayed at the Harbour Front and it was gorgeous. Beautiful weather, Lake Superior ! But like every where else, short staffed. Stayed at Delta Marriot, brand new hotel, but restaurant closed for breakfast as no staff. No bar. No snack counter. Starbucks closed at 11am on Saturday and Sunday !!!!! the young people working there were very helpful.

Hotel is beautiful, I took a beautiful picture of it at night with the lights on. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and quite nice. Kind of what you would expect an upscale hotel that is inside an old court house.
Good location, not far to drive to main attractions in the area. And staff were nice when we checked in very late at night our first night there. We stayed for two nights and it was one of our top places we stayed for our Lake Super Circle Tour road trip.
We booked a queen ground floor, pet friendly room.
The room had an exterior door, which was nice to have, but it was very drafty. Included a coffee maker, and small fridge without a freezer compartment. The water was hot with a strong shower head. The continental breakfast was OK with hot hardboiled peeled eggs, cereal and waffle maker, juices coffee, fruit, yogurts, muffins, and bagels. Very expensive considering
The room we had was spacious and both smelled and looked clean. Clearly everything had been washed and sanitized. The hotel had a kind of older antique-type vibe which we enjoyed. We also had a great view of the harbour and lake. The front staff were super friendly and accommodating to us and our pet cat.
