Suite was big, quiet, clean and better than most rooms in this price range. We were pleasantly surprised to be honest. Quality for value.

The location was excellent, they served a good breakfast. The place had been renovated, very clean.good stay for one night. It would be a perfect place for someone working in the area or a stay with children.

Exceptional hosts, eager to see their guests happy, clearly not profit oriented. Clean and comfortable apartment with all amenities one can imagine. Felt like home. Easy parking, true high speed internet, simple check-in/out and an outstanding communication with the host.

    We had booked in Whitby, but the residence was in Oshawa.

    We had booked in Whitby, but the residence was in Oshawa. The landlord called us the morning of our arrival and sent us the new address. When we arrived there was nobody to let us in, and we discovered it was a rooming house. We waited about 15 minutes for one of the residents to show up and let us in to show us to our room. The landlord arrived about an hour later, introduced himself and provided towels, and a kettle after we asked for one. He seemed to think giving us the Master bedroom was a favour, but given how disappointed we were with the accommodation we couldn't share his enthusiasm.

    If you are planning a stay for a few days or more...go somewhere else. Its good enough for one night. Breakfast is a joke, Lobby small, service slow, parking lot potholes, rooms may have broken items that front desk won't care about. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee pot so at least you can bring in your own food. Bathroom very small, toilet crushed up against vanity so you sit down and feel trapped. Toilet paper roll too far from reach too. Hairdryer broken. Rooms were relatively clean and adequate number of outlets. So thats why I feel one night is enough. Pay a few extra dollars for longer stays at a better quality hotel. Upside is this location is great -just off 401.

    Beautifull and feels safe! A lot of options for shopping. The bus information could be alot better! it is not clear at all. At least at the bus stop the bus numbers, so it is clear that the passenger is standing at the right bus stop. It is really confusing and unclear. The transit overall could really be better. realllyy...we are to dependent on Googlemaps or transit app...

    Check-in was a nightmare.

    Check-in was a nightmare. Inexperienced staff who said we didn't have a reservation even though we booked and paid for two rooms through booking.com and had the reservation number. We had to pay for two more rooms to stay overnight. Now with booking.com helping we are trying to get a refund for the extra rooms we paid for. At checkout the woman found our reservation with booking.com Very noisy with highway traffic. Only good thing was the free breakfast. "Stay Away"

    Nothing was good. Left early. Not clean. No fresh linen, sleeping in the last persons sheets. Slept on hide a bed, you could feel the springs. Transferred to another property, overbooked!!! Put me on the 2nd floor, I have emphysema, he knew. Wanted a bathtub, shower only! Not a hotel/motel but a R + B. No appliances in room! Don't book with this guy.

    Tue staff was helpful and understanding. We booked and pre-paid through booking.com which did not specify extra charge $15 per dog. At the hotel they decided to wave the charge as it was not mentioned on the booking site. Now that is the right way to do business!

    Standard hotel with free parking and good reachability. The room was huge and clean with a separate living room and kitchen. Breakfast was okay, standard american breakfast. Loaction was just right on our way from Ottawa to Toronto.

    As son as I received my confirmation from Booking.com, the hotel called me to tell me there was no room for me on that day and I had to call around looking for a room myself. What a crappy app..last time I use booking.com.
