Personal súper amable. Sala d'esmorzar acollidora i agradable. Esmorzar correcte. Fondue excel.lent. Habitacions acollidores. Bany una mica antic però net i correcte. Hotel rústic, molt ben situat a Gruyères. Personal amable. Esmorzar de qualitat amb productes Km0, però amb no massa varietat, Els formatges, el pernil dolç i el pa eren extraordinaris. Tenen tot el dia en marxa una màquina de fer cafès i tes a la sala. La fondue i altres plats que vam menjar en dos sopars al restaurant, molt bé. I si demanes aigua de l'aixeta, no te la cobren. A 2/4 de set del dematí toquen amb força les campanes, als que som de poble amb campanades a tota hora, no ens molesta, però pot fer-ho a qui no hi estigui acostumat.
