Value for money. Simple but clean room. Good shower water pressure. Easy self-checkin. Ample parking. Good breakfast. Was perfect for a simple stopover.

Good breakfast selection. Good evening meal menu albeit rather on the pricey side compared to local restaurants. Excellent location with easy walk along the lakeside to the town centre. Bedroom and bathroom very good size.

Only a 1-minute walk from the Old Town of Murten and a 5-minute walk from Lake Murten. Due to the renovation of one of our hotel wings, we currently no longer have a restaurant.

We especially liked the cozy and elegant atmosphere of the room. The location was also ideal since Zimmerei is in the centre of the old town of Murten. We also ran into the owner at one point who was really friendly.

It's a nice hotel a bit outside of Murten in a very small village. The room was great and very quiet. There is also a 'kitchen area' with a fridge and a microwave. There was a mix up with our payment - probably because of a system issue - they responded quickly (we were able to reach someone from their team immediately - via the phone number provided in the 'reception area' - and were helped at once).

Lovely Breakfast available from 9 a.m. Dinner was excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean, spacious, and comfy room.

This is an excellent hotel located within old city walls. It's definitely better than your normal 3-star place. Staff very professional and friendly. The hotel is next to number of nice restaurants. All in beautiful medieval town, next to a lake. Great stay.
