Very spacious room, quiet and tranquily vibes! Staff Noura whom attend me during my bfast, she such a very nice lady who always greet us every morning with a smile and coffee. Corny also been a very good lady in her duty as receptionist and as our driver. This hotel provide shuttle to Brienz which is really really good.

The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. The location is charming with nice lake and mountain view. The restaurant itself is on lake side which gives great view while you are eating and another plus point is the kids play area. The food was decent with fresh ingredients. Unfortunately the breakfast was somewhat limited in choice. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and cozy, the staff was too attentive with us and attended to all our needs, the hotel is very clean and the room is comfortable and had heating since we went in the cold season, the breakfast is very good too, I would definitely return and I highly recommend staying here. By the way, the view of Lake Brienz is incredible
