The rooms are very nicely decorated and the bedding is super comfortable. The building is very clean. Beware there is very little parking option close the hotel and be prepared to climb as the restaurant and hotels bedrooms are layered up on many floors. I would have appreciated to have tea/coffee option in the bedroom as I left early and the breakfast was not available yet.

Close to hotel, staff were all excellent & very accommodating. We were unable to fly home because of the fire at Heathrow and the receptionist noticed it was my son’s birthday. They brought a cake for him after we had finished dinner and the waiting staff sang happy birthday - they made a little boy very happy (he was feeling very sad about not getting home to his presents for his birthday) The family room was great Food was excellent
