Our stay was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Marc, the front office manager was exceptional, greeting us with genuine warmth and a welcome drink. He also secured us a beautiful room on an upper floor. The breakfast was generous and the personnel throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and friendly. They also surprised my partner with a delightful little cake and a candle on his birthday. Furthermore we were grateful for the excellent restaurant recommendations. We took their advice and dined at one of the suggested establishments and had a great experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay. Thank you Marc and the entire team for making our trip special

A beautiful hotel in a stunning medieval village with equally stunning views.
We were upgraded to a larger room and could fully open our window and sit on the windowsill looking out to the Alps.
The room itself was basic, but traditional and cosy.
The service was outstanding and the view from the dining room was stunning. We had wild deer grazing outside the window one evening.

Bulle has been a stopping off point for several years now - it's a wonderful small town with a very nice centre. There's a choice of several good hotels and there are plenty of restaurants. The local cheese fondue is a must!

Bulle is a lively small Swiss city close to the mountains of Fribourg. The city has a charming old center with a castle and there are several very nice bars and restaurants for drinks and dining. There are some fantastic Asian restaurants (Thai as well as Japanese) that offer delicious food and drinks. And, there are many opportunities for nearby hiking (e.g. around Lac de la Gruyère, or around the "Gastlosen" mountains starting from the Jaun village). Finally, there is the Cailler chocolate factory (in nearby Broc, 10 min by train), that is definitively worth a visit!

Nice little town to pop in if you are in the area anyway, not really a true destination. You can see everything there is to see in one evening.
Best fancy dinner we had at "The tonnellier" restaurant-definitely worth 5 stars!
Best burger we had at "Fry Burger Gourmet" fast food, near the train station.
Be aware though, that a 4 persons meal in Switzerland could easily cost as much as an airfare!

Bulle is a tiny city, it's pretty but unless you are going to visit the Gruyere Museum or Cailler chocolate museum there is not much to do. Stores close at 4pm on Saturday... and everything is closed on Sunday.

Lots to see and do for a little town.
Lots to see and do for a little town. The museum has very low lighting due to the need to preserve exhibits. But it is really good, lots to read, hear and look at about the social history of the region. In German,French&English. Lots of cafes and restaurants. A big market "square" in front of the castle. Excellent integrated transport system.

Hotel staff was very helpfull and attentive. Breakfast was very tasty, many delicious meals to choose, among them - warm dish of scrambled eggs and soo tasty, that I was eating it every morning!. There was possibility to order coffe without caffeine at a bar, also at the breakfast you could find famous Gruyere cheese.
Around 10 min to walk to the train station, where many trains/buses brings to various sightseeing directions.
Brand new hotel with delightful furnishings, very stylish and extremely comfortable, lovely colour tones in the rooms and bar. Great bed and bedding, big shower, a novelty in Europe often.
The welcome we received from Marc was the best we’ve ever received, he was so warm and friendly, and continued to be as we saw him later. He is a true credit to the hotel.
Close to a supermarket and restaurants, very convenient.
Excellent modern apartment near gruyere. Beds were very comfortable and apartment was very neat, clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Apartment itself was quite closed to the train station but we come early before check in time so we had to pick room spare key from the Hotel reception in town (not far). The train station have a big MIGROS supermarket.
very clean. the bed is comfy and cozy. location is near coop and shops, within 7 minutes walking. opposite the hotel entrance, there is train station. the front of hotel is main road. hotel parking is always full, so we park at the white lines (public parking) with parking fee. from 7 pm until 8 am tomorrow morning, is free.
