Very clean and the room, while small, was plenty for two of us. Very very quiet room. Plenty of parking available. Balcony was nice as well.

This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town center and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés.
