Perfect location when you have to catch a flight the next day. Very nice hotel with excellent facilities, terrific bar and lounge, and a fine Italian restaurant.

It's incredibly handy to both the train station and the historic core of Winterthur, yet also very quiet. We had a window that looked directly over the station, and trains traveled at night, yet they were almost inaudible (Swiss have gone a lot to being down train decible levels). The hotel is very clean and well run, in spite of desk personnel disappearing early in the evening (though that's not a plus, in my opinion). Breakfast was good. Overall an excellent deal
