The staff were absolutely lovely. They could not have been more friendly or helpful. From the reception team to the restaurant and bar staff to the shuttle drivers, they went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful Our apartment had a stunning view of the mountains and was spacious and well appointed. The room service was quick and delicious and was just what we wanted after a long flight and drive. Lastly, the complimentary on-call shuttle got us anywhere quickly, from the slopes to shopping. Ski area was easy to access. Our only regret was missing the incredible Sunday brunch spread. Next time!

Stayed for 3 nights - Fantastic hotel, very comfortable, excellent spa, extremely friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, great location. Loved our stay in Verbier. Will definitely be back.

Everything was superb - friendly staff, hospitality in every detail, comfortable rooms, perfect restaurant, great location Unfortunately - didn't have a chance to visit the spa and gym - left this for the next visit :) Many Thanks!!!

Breakfast selection was very good and they were good about allergies. The spa area was very nice at the end of a days boarding. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money for Verbier. Whilst it’s a 20 minute walk from the centre of the village, the free bus stop is only 100m from the hotel and runs every 15 mins.
