Close to hotel, staff were all excellent & very accommodating. We were unable to fly home because of the fire at Heathrow and the receptionist noticed it was my son’s birthday. They brought a cake for him after we had finished dinner and the waiting staff sang happy birthday - they made a little boy very happy (he was feeling very sad about not getting home to his presents for his birthday) The family room was great Food was excellent

    Well flew into Zurich Airport and stayed at budget hotel, ideal for traveling around . Lots to discover when in Zurich city. You have to play your day also get a tram pass for your stay. You can hope on and off a points and places you would like visit. Visiting the old city Zurich was highlight. Tram drive down to the main hub was very nice as you went pass all different buildings. Lots to see and eat, also if you are looking for history old buildings old footpaths through the old city was great. You have to be fit. As a tourist I will be heading back. Would like to spend more time walking around the churches and find all the hidden gems in it. Enjoyed the festival that w as in the old part, main squre was great pipe bands and drummers🎉🏆

    Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking.

    Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking. Taxi was 17 Swiss Francs and it wasn't until daylight that the tram was best option. Do take a tram (and get on the correct one) into Zurich proper and wander around - we found a lovely cafe called Raffael's that I would highly recommend.

    Not a great part of lyric to stay in if you're just there overnight. Yes, it's relatively close to the airport, but not close enough to walk there. And, it's a little bit Shady at night. There is prostitution visible on the streets.

    The customer service answers quickly we called mostly every day to ask silly questions and they answered, the room is small but perfect for the couples, bathroom’s door was transparent so u must have an ultimate relationship with ur partner 😆but everything was perfect. The location is far from the center but just right next to train station it takes seconds to walk for it , we had a car but we used the train twice and it was coming frequently and it takes around 20 minutes to get to the center u want even feel it , i found it very comfortable and cozy and perfect for its price it has supermarkets and restaurants near by and open for late hours which was perfect for us when we come home hungry, i totally recommend it

    We really didn't spend any time here other than staying at the hotel. It's about a half hour tram ride into the centre of Zurich from here, and two stops to Kloten airport. It's a light industry area with lots of office buildings but no shops or residences so very quiet on the weekends and after 5pm.

    The place is fantastic, Here is a budget hotel ; Vision Apartment ,but their services and facilities like a five star hotel,Groceries shops are just within the walking distances, distance to and from the city and the airport Is so close . Train station is just in front of the hotel

    Location was so convenient to get to and from Zurich HB. Glattbrugg station is literally behind the building - downside of course if that you can hear the trains going past if windows are left open. Loved having the basement laundry and other facilities such as the gym and spa and common kitchen on the 7th floor. Reception also let us leave our luggage on the 7th floor when we had to check out at 10am. I asked for extra pillows as the ones provided were quite thin and immediate action was taken.

    The Hotel is easy to travel to from the main city centre. It is a convenient location to be if going to the airport or the Zurich Open Air Festival. The facilities are very good, the hotel caters to you with a washer and dryer and ironing services. They also have very good breakfast options as well as pre-made meals. The rooms are very clean and the bed comfortable. Very good value for money.

    The hotel staff is impolite and rude, the room Was dirty with hairs, soap and shampoo was empty, aircondition was dripping from celling causing flood in the bathroom, bus shuttle was unorganised we had to wait 2 rounds to get to airport. It is a shame for Movenpick brand to have such experience
