The view is unbeatable, the apartment is comfortable, neat and tidy and well-equipped, but it would be better to have a water boiler and dish detergent provided.
The area was quiet and safe there. The staff Max was professional , friendly and very helpful. Thanks to his help and quick response, that made our stay a lot better.

The staff were amazing and friendly I would choose this hotel again because of the good customer service
You will find peace and relaxation within the centuries-old walls of the Kloster Kappel, offering you functionally furnished rooms without mini bar and TV, but with wonderful views to the green...
Overlooking Lake Zurich, this historic hotel in Meilen is only a 15-minute drive from Zurich. The Hirschen am See Hotel offers a restaurant serving Swiss and international cuisine.

Very welcoming; room was ready early for us. The whole hotel and our room was clean, bright and very well looked after. The staff are delightful, nothing is too much trouble. The lake views are beautiful and the terrace is a wonderful place to sit for drinks or a meal. We had two meals in the hotel during our short stay and the food is first class. Complimentary buffet breakfast is very plentiful and had everything you could possibly need to start your day. It is a 15 minute walk to the station and trains run regularly and on time, making it very easy to get around Zurich. We would highly recommend.
Horgen is a charming little village, lovely to walk around.
Horgen is a charming little village, lovely to walk around. It has a quaint centre and a beautiful waterfront. Easy travel into Zurich by train. Easy travel to mountains and skiing by train or car.
Good supermarkets with good opening hours.
We didn’t try the restaurants as we were visiting relatives but we did get a great takeaway - burritos. You can even swim in Lake Zurich by walking down to the waterside at various points.
Great.

Zürich is a very expensive city so finding a reasonably priced hotel isn't easy. While the facilities at this one are fairly basic, you get what you pay for and cleanliness and value for money mattered more - both were excellent. The generous buffet breakfast included freshly baked bread and delicious muesli and, had I wanted it, I could have had much more than I did. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful so it was a pleasure to give them my business.
Hotel looked modern, pleasant and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and eggs were made to order. The hotel was located right across the train station, so it was easy to reach Zurich. Our stay was very nice!
Esther was extremely friendly and kind. Although the house is not in the center, it is close to public transportation and there is free parking in front. The house overlooking Lake Zurich was very clean and comfortable.
Fantastic hosts Sebrina and Pascali. Beautiful chic’ hotel in the heart of Horgen. Lovely breakfast and fantastic location. Very quaint. Near the railway station for direct access to Zurich. Close to supermarket.
