Disappointing Stay at IBIS Budget Lucerne" I stayed at the IBIS Budget Hotel in Lucerne, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was tiny, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower was poorly designed .The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from other guests in the hallway kept me up at night. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, They forcefully made me to book 02 rooms as I am travelling with Family 02 adult and 02 kids. However on same floor I have witnessed familys are staying together with 04 members in one room. They are scam maker's and bullying customer by the name of swiss law. Breakfast is pathetic only bread and boiled eggs. Small room, tiny washroom,no exost fan in WC🤮 For the price, I expected much more in terms of comfort and service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you are on an extremely tight budget and don’t mind sacrificing comfort. Definitely not a place I would return to.

Fantastic Stay at Holiday Inn Express Lucerne" I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lucerne! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. Overall, this hotel provided great value for money. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience made it a memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Lucerne!

The staff members were friendly and so helpful. They gave us info about the surrounding area and even gave passes for a boat ride. Breakfast was wonderful and even bought a piece of cake for one of our friends celebrating a birthday. Very close to transportation, restaurants, etc
