It was a great experience overall. Amazing view on the lake and mountains from the hotel/room, location of the hotel (close to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, etc.), very good breakfast, staff was very kind, free parking, elevator in the hotel, etc. The little hike going to the panoramic bridge (20min by walk from the hotel) is very nice.

Hotel is okay but cleanliness and co-operation wise it is pathetic. Room was too much dirty and smelly. Bedsheets had stains and hair of customers on it. Quilts/blankets were kind of see through in between. Even we requested them to clean but no positive response. Bathroom was full of hairs maybe of last customer. Not really recommended if you have an option.

The HEY HOTEL is situated in the centre of Interlaken, just 400 metres from Interlaken-West Train Station. It features a relaxed Swiss ambience and also design interiors.

Location was perfect. Close to the shops & restaurants and only a 10-min walk from the station. Views were not half bad, we got mountain side view which was still lovely.
