Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the fun and humorous artwork. Breakfast was very delicious and served on beautiful china. I enjoyed the floor fan that was provided, since I had to keep curtains closed. Bus stop was nearby

The place is so clean and nice view but the rooms are quite small.

Completely renovated in 2013, Hotel Rio Muralto is located in front of the train station, 1-minute walk distance from all alle the public transport and the funicular to the Madonna del Sasso.

High speed WiFi. Pamela who helped us with the check-in was very warm and nice. Good to spend one night if you are on a budget. Good parking space available.

The room was great although the bathroom was a bit small but overall fantastic room. The entire staff was incredible and nice , I did feel like supper service was a tad rushed but the wait staff was still very pleasant and friendly.

This place is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom are large. The beds were very comfortable. Location is in a nice quiet area about a 10 min car ride from Lugano.
