Firstly they gave us a room that was not ready such that no new sheets in bed, no towels. Upon requesting, they gave another room. The new room's dustbin was not cleared. Not able to lock the main door. Anyone can open the door from outside. Upon asking the reception for a change of room again , they said all other rooms are fully booked. I kindly request the management not to over book if you don't have enough rooms. Check the photo attached on how we slept by keeping the sofa as hold in the maindoor
