The staff is very friendly and always available onsite or via phone/mail. The hotel is in a nice old building, centrally located, all sightseeings are reachable by walking. The rooms are a bit small, but very well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small, too, but very nice. The breakfast offerings are great - everything was fresh and delicious. The whole facility is very clean.

Nyon has the tough luck being located between Genebra and Lausanne. Nevertheless, the location by the lake with plenty of history makes it a great place to visit and have a gentle stroll around its quarters.

Nyon is a lovely city and very cosmopolitan.
Nyon is a lovely city and very cosmopolitan. The ability that the hotel provided to me - from the tourism office - to have a free pass to travel to the places of interest within a certain area, and free bus travel, was very helpful. The trains from Nyon connect to the important cities of Switzerland.

Beautiful 16th century building in the heart of the old town of Nyon, within easy walking distance of the railway station. Room was large and comfortable and the staff were all extremely welcoming. Excellent restaurant with local specialities. Very peaceful and quiet at night, with no traffic noise whatsoever.
I cannot comment on the breakfasts served in the hotel’s restaurant as I don’t eat breakfast. I did have dinner in the hotel restaurant three times and enjoyed very much the food and the good service. The waiting staff was professional and attentive.
I also liked the crisp, white linens on the tables.
Great location and very friendly staff. hotel was very clean. Lovely views over the lake, especially at breakfast watching the sunrise over the mountains.
The hotel is closing for the winter undergoing renovations in rooms and extending the restaurant.
This hotel is superb. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the cooking facilities were over and above what you'd need and the view is to die for!! Totally blown away by this amazing hotel!!
