Everything was good. The well known brand met my expectations. The staff was really professional and helpful. The room was wide and comfortable. The toilette was clean and full of products of shower and other uses. The breakfast was satisfying, there was a large variety of food for every taste.

I loved our modern corner room with two aspects of windows. It was clean and very comfortable. There were blackout blinds and nice curtains. The shower was powerful, the separate toilet had an excellent silent extractor fan. There was a lot of lighting which made it atmospheric. Overall the design of the room was clever. The staff were very helpful and informative. The breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient for St Jakobshalle, city centre and train station. The Basel transport card is including with the stay, so travel all around was free and back to the airport. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a great location only 10 minute walk to train station and 10 minutes into Basel old town. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfy king size bed and immaculate bathroom. We stayed in the executive double on 4th floor and it was very quiet with view of the inner courtyard. We had breakfast included and food was varied and delicious. The hotel staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you are considering a stay in Basel and we would definitely return.
