We stayed at Hotel Inseli. The receptionist was terrific. She anticipated our every need and made us feel welcome. The restaurant was awesome… the atmosphere and the staff. My husband worked at the Ritz Carleton in Boston Massachusetts for 10 yrs and he believes the receptionist is one of the best in the industry.

Modern and clean guesthouse. Location convenient to Lake Constanz and St Gallen. Onsite restaurant is convenient. Family room was well appointed. Kids loved the huge playroom and interesting marble runs outside. Parents loved the quiet, especially at night - we could hear the bells on the cows in the neighboring farm!

This is a four star restaurant with some rooms upstairs. The food is amazing, the chef and staff took great care of me for the two weeks I stayed there while working. No AC though, which was tough for my spoiled American butt.
