We stay in an unstable and very loud floor wood deck room. Although we lived in a horrible room, every staff is working hard and very nice to customers. The location is very good.

The staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Best view, best position and delicious food in their restaurant. Short walk to Train station and the boats. Could seat on the balcony and soak the view’s of the Alps, lake and the Chapel walk. I stayed in different hotels during my 3 weeks travel in Europe and Hotel Des Alpes was the highlights of all. Highly recommend it.
