The location is great -- easy access to the main train station, trams, and bus lines, museum, restaurants, etc.. The room was much better than some previous reviews. Clean, comfortable (AC - we hit a very warm first weekend of April), daily service. Yes, it was small but that is Europe and it is to be expected. Very comfortable bedding.

Liked: Size of the room, good breakfast, helpful staff, convenient location, coffee, pastries and fruits available in the lobby and, finally, a teddy bear given to us for a good memory. Dislike: nothing.

Hotel Neufeld is in an excellent location. The tram is very close by. And, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I initially booked a twin room. It was very small. I liked the location, so I extended my stay by another day. This time, I got a double room, which was spacious, and had lots of natural light. There was a nice patio and two large windows. The bathroom is larger, too. And it had a big screen TV.

Very close to the train station a 2 min walk to the station. A typical Swiss hotel but they had great and very helpful staff. Something to speak about considering the service levels in Swiss hotels.
