The hotel is beautiful and in a great location just 1 minute from the West Station with astonishing views. However, the walls between rooms are very thin; you can hear people in the neighboring rooms talking, and the beds are a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast is good, but I feel it lacks protein. Overall, the staff is very welcoming and kind, offering excellent customer service.

Our stay was perfect! The room we were staying at had a balcony facing the entrance to the hotel, with the windows closed, we could not hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was very good, quite an extensive spread. Some plus points, there are some guests lounge, with lots of teas and coffees, which we could also take up to our room. Also, a fully equipped “picnic room”, where we can have our take out food, and even a microwave oven to heat up the food. The picnic room is very cosy, and looks so pretty too! There was no TV in the room, but there’s one in one of the guests lounge.

The HEY HOTEL is located in the center of Interlaken, just 1312 feet from Interlaken-West Train Station. It features a relaxed Swiss ambiance and also design interiors.

The room is brand new! Very modern and the design was well thought off! Even the the towels feel brand new! 😍 if you want to try paragliding, it is just accross the hotel. There are number of restaurants in the area and interlaken ost is a good 8-9 min walk.

The hotel enjoys an beautiful and quiet location above Wilderswil.

I would rate the staff 11/10. They were friendly, knowledgeable of the activities in the area, and interested in my enjoyment during my stay. The breakfast had many options, and was fresh and delicious. The views exceeded all of my expectations and I loved how quiet the location was

The breakfast was fantastic and it was free with the stay. If the fog wasn’t there, the view into the valley would have been amazing. The bathtub is a nice touch and so was the built in usb charging plugs.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Next to parking spaces and a really good location.
