The breakfast was the Classic Swiss Breakfast, and the staff was always on point providing more food in the buffet. The location is perfect right at the Piazza Grande. The Room was bigger than usual.

Good location, right next to the train station and close to the lake. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great value for money. Good selection of mini shower gel/soap/tooth brushes. Everything thought of. Good night sleep.

Amazing location, clean rooms and the comfort is even higher that you would expect for the price of room. Check in- and Check-out was very fast, and upon request we were also upgraded to the room with the Lake view. Great breakfast, all the staff members were very attentive and nice.
