Very comfortable beds and great location, even better with the Ticino pass that gives you free access to public buses. Yes it is a small room, but that was OK with us, and we spent most time outside anyway.

The 'Welcome' chocolate block was a pleasant surprise and the staff were extremely accommodating. When my power adaptor didn't fit in the sockets, the front desk were very quick to loan me one.

The location is great. Very comfy. Good restaurant and friendly staff. However they could be a little bit more service oriented, like extending the check out for an hour or two free of charge OR provide a tiny little portion of olive oil and honey for free and not ask for 15CHF.
