The room was very quiet despite being a few step from the old town. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too.

We booked this hotel last minute after we had an issue at a previous location. Maya at the front desk was wonderful, staying late until we found it after getting lost - she was very accommodating and even called a local restaurant to find out if they would be open for a late night meal. This seems to be a great location for hikers and day trips into Lucerne - we will be visiting again and staying more than just one night!

Breakfast is very nice and had several choices. Many kinds of bread and cheese especially. We also had dinner at their restaurant. They have very nice traditional foods and great desserts. We will definitely come back in the future.
