Very helpful staff member (I forgot her name but I think she mentioned she was Greek). Good location near a tram. Adequate room, ultimately it's a budget option so for what it is, it was good. Breakfast was nice too.

It is opposite a night club - very noisy and didn’t stop until the early hours of the morning. The hotel itself was fine - comfortable and lovely staff.

The beds & pillows in our room were very comfortable. The bathroom had a good rain shower.

Everything in the hotel is nice and cosy. Reception staffs were unfriendly and unpleasant to talk to. Staffs at the breakfast area were super friendly.

Hotel Neufeld is a decent option for a stay in Switzerland. While it's located a bit far from the city center, the area is quiet and well connected by public transport. My room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. What really stood out to me was the breakfast service. I especially want to mention the two girls preparing breakfast - they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the mornings feel warm and pleasant.
