The hotel is good very basic very good location. The only bad thing is the shower is in the room (with a door of course) but there is no bathroom. The sink is in the room, the shower is in the room, which means when you get out of the shower, you are in the room, you're not in the bathroom. I was in bed and my husband was also in the room brushing his teeth because of the no bathroom situation.

The location is great -- easy access to the main train station, trams, and bus lines, museum, restaurants, etc.. The room was much better than some previous reviews. Clean, comfortable (AC - we hit a very warm first weekend of April), daily service. Yes, it was small but that is Europe and it is to be expected. Very comfortable bedding.

The location was terrific, we could walk to restaurants, Lake Zurich and shops. The hotel staff members was friendly and helped us with activities, directions, etc. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the day!

This hotel is just a 6-minute walk from the Main Train Station and shopping areas of Zürich. Free WiFi is available in the entire building.

Hotel Neufeld is in an excellent location. The tram is very close by. And, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I initially booked a twin room. It was very small. I liked the location, so I extended my stay by another day. This time, I got a double room, which was spacious, and had lots of natural light. There was a nice patio and two large windows. The bathroom is larger, too. And it had a big screen TV.

A bit worn around the edges. Bed was super comfy. The reception is small and not so welcoming. The bar/Cafe that surrounds the reception is lovely. Spent more on this 3 star than the 4 star across the street was offering.
