A shower not working on day 1 was not fun. But the staff fixed it pretty quickly once reported. Breakfast had a decent choice. I was given a room with a view of the lagoon which I appreciated. I took a massage at the spa. The massage was good (though a bit pricy) but the spa facilities do need a serious facelift.
