We spent just one night there before we left for our Cruce Andino (Andean Crossing) tour. We had a big comfortable room with a partial lake view. The location was a few steps from the lake and right next door to the Cruce Andino office. The breakfast buffet with good selection was served at 7:00 - early enough for us to have our meal and board out tour bus on time (7:30). I'd recommend that Radisson hotel to everyone who has booked Cruce Andino tour from Puerto Varas.

The breakfast was nice, although they couldn't handle the request for vegan options. The range of options for vegetarians and omnivores was great and the staff was committed and polite. There was a water leakage and they were concerned to handle it and even offered us to move into another room. Even though the 80s facilities would need some renovation, they are in relatively good shape and clean. It has its own charm.

Was very convenient. And good location. Served our needs. It had a basic kitchenette which was helpful for our breakfast. The carpets and bathroom need renewal. It had no elevator. We had no problem with that.
