The staff was amazing, especially Claudia who was quite friendly and provided a ton of useful local information. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The location was a little bit out of the center of town, but since we had a car it was a short drive to the local wineries and to nearby restaurants. Everything was very clean and we appreciated having access to the communal kitchen. We also enjoyed the terrace for having coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The parking area was secure and we were given a remote control to use for the gate.

A very pleasant hotel. Ideal for family relaxation (nice pool and garden). Very nice breakfast choices.
A few practical things should be noted though:
our room had no window which could be opened for fresh air (there is a glass window, but fixed, cannot be opened);
No safe deposit box in the room; no refrigerator in the room (but you can keep items in the common refrigerator by the pool);
Breakfast is served only from 9 am (but upon request, as we did, we could start at 8 am).
