I wouldn’t recommend to rent this place during the winter...
I wouldn’t recommend to rent this place during the winter time. It was very cold inside of the cabin. We had to sleep in skiing jackets and hats. The owners do not provide heaters and it’s next to impossible to heat up the bedrooms. They have a wood stove that doesn’t make much difference. In addition, we had to wake up every two hours to add wood in the stove. However, I can imagine this place can be lovely if you stay during the summer since the view and surroundings are beautiful.Guest review byYarosh

We had some cold days and nights and Sergio always made sure we had lots of wood and the fire was always on. The house was super warm and incredibly cozy, and has everything you need. It is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in. I cannot wait to go back and would recommend these cabañas to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Panguipulli. The communal living room with fireplace was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the heat and conversation with other guests and the meals were fabulous including locally sourced trout. The rooms were very comfy, quiet and warm. We travelled with three children and they made sure we had interconnecting rooms. The hotel location is fabulous to access Huilo Huilo and Puerto Fuy. Our three bedroom cabin was spacious and well stocked with supplies. The only source of heat is the wood stove, which most of the time was not necessary to use. It was quiet and peaceful and the town of Panguipulli was about a 15 minute drive. The location was great for exploring the area.Guest review byMary-EllenCanada

There is also the owner's house nearby and the second cabana was in the process of completion. On the other side of the property near the entry there is also a camping ground.
