Beautiful on the picture but AC creates noise in the room. Looks like it is quite old or not fixed properly. The shower is stylish but at a closer look and feel it is quite old and low quality. The best part is Italian restaurant and delicious food.

We travelled around in our hire car for a week visiting the Maipo valley and other spots around and outside of Santiago. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful even though we do not speak Spanish.
We would certainly go back there.

Santiago is an amazing city.
Santiago is an amazing city. We would recommend the Hop On Hop Off bus, which also allowed us the opportunity to take the cable car up the San Cristobal hill. We used the Metro, and felt safe, but we did not wear our expensive jewellery, and our bags were carried in front of us. Recommend that you venture into the Andes if you can. Such a wonderful experience.

Amazing city. Loads to see and do.
Amazing city. Loads to see and do. We were surprised by the modernity and cleanliness of some districts but plenty of old interesting charming spots as well. We went on a great half-day bus and walking tour; visited a fascinating vineyard on the outskirts; wandered round the glorious Italian Quarter; went up the huge mall / skyscraper; ate and drank with the locals in buzzing bars and cafes; shopped for wonderful wine in the supermarkets; toured brilliant museums and art exhibitions.

Interesting city with easy access to the Andes activities amidst stunning scenery, lots to do. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops aplenty. We were there for international sporting event which was well hosted. Metro was easy to use and helped cover the distances of the huge city.

the city changed quite a lot since my first visit 10 years ago. some areas are still very nice, while others are not too safe and the smell of marihuana and urine is quite annoying if you feel it every day. but valparaiso is far worse...

Maybe 1 day is to short, but after seeing the Maria statue and the cool national and ethnic museum there is not much to do. Also the public safety is very low at night and every one tells you to stow away your valuables. Walking outside at night is in many neighborhoods too dangerous.
I would plan there 3 nights and 2 days.

You can't beat this location for convenience when transiting through Santiago Airport. We recently spent several weeks travelling through Chile and utilised this hotel twice when we had early morning flights. It is the only hotel on the grounds of the airport itself, located mere steps away from the Domestic terminal. The restaurant and bar have great options, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we really appreciated the assistance with our luggage.
The chances are you are looking to stay here as your in-between flights at Santiago airport. For that purpose it is a nice hotel, half price, compared to a hotel actually at the airport. It's 2km away and a quick ride away. Staff was really nice and the room and bathroom were nice, clean, modern. I used one of the working saunas which was nice. Food was decent in the restaurant. They offer a free transfer which worked perfectly on the way back to the airport....but..,.
A small boutique hotel in a funky part of town so surrounded by quite a number of good restaurants and a 15/20 minute walk to downtown, graffiti covered, Santiago centre.Staff were very helpful and friendly.Internet worked well.Rooms were very clean and modern although not so big.
Hotel is location in one of the best areas of Santiago with great views on the Andes.
Very close to main shopping malls and good restaurants.
Staff were very accommodating and tried their best to keep customer happy despite the poor facilities.
Wonderful hotel in the best area of Santiago! lots of restaurants near by.
Suite very spacious and clean. bed super comfy, everything was brilliant. really nice rooftop bar!
