It’s a 7-min walk to the nearest station - Shanghai Natural History Museum. Elevator looks dated but the room is squeaky clean and spacious enough. Some towels are worn out but glad the room is made up everyday even on the day we forgot to hang the sign card by the door. We love the sachet coffee but would’ve been better if there is a stirrer/disposable utensils in the room. AC wasn’t working on the first few days but the weather was fine so it’s wasn’t a great nuisance.

Good for layover in Shanghai Hongqiao…that’s it! Unfriendly staff at check in, hard to find your way from the train station to the hotel (no indications), overal bad value for your buck

Actually it’s the JW, I least liked. It was not the Marriott feeling like I have had in other Marriott’s. I won’t spend this money next time, there are other options.

Fantastic breakfasts, big rooms and good location. Staff and waiters don’t speak English or speak on basic level. Some waiters were rude when we tried to explain what we need.
